Studies of the ability of a CO2-sensitive WEPP model to simulate erosion and climate change on UK agricultural slopes, and the effects of climate change on erosion and deposition, are reported. The results which were compared with the EPIC model indicated that erosion under future changed climate will increase at the hillslope sites on the South Downs (Sussex, UK). The increase will be more evident during wet years and rates may rise steeply in the second quarter of next century.
