Survival of Eristalis arbustorum L. (Diptera: Syrphidae) under field and semi-field conditions

Adult survival of Eristalis arbustorum was studied by marking and releasing laboratory-reared adults in the field or in large field cages during August 1995. Resighting in the field was low (<1%).
