Survival of cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus of silkworm Bombyx mori L. after passage through domestic fowl and black hairy caterpillar

Survival of cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus of silkworm Bombyx mori L. after passage through domestic fowl and black hairy caterpillar

Current Research University of Agricultural Sciences Bangalore 24(6): 102-103

Domestic fowl were starved for 24 h and fed with 20 individuals of Bombyx mori that had died due to cytoplasmic polyhedrosis. Larvae of Spilosoma obliqua were fed with B. mori cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus after the 3rd moult.
