The Modesto (MID) and the Turlock (TID) Irrigation Districts, IN California, USA, have water rights for Tuolumne River water which provides a substantial water supply. With a wide diversity of soils, a long warm growing season and an adequate supply of excellent quality irrigation water. The Districts have enjoyed ideal conditions for the sustained production of many crops.
