The analysis of large scale data taken from the world groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) germplasm collection. I. Two-way quantitative data

Pattern analysis methods of clustering and ordination were applied to germplasm evaluation data of 11 328 accessions of A. hypogaea from ICRISAT, India. Data on 9 quantitative descriptors were measured in the rainy and post-rainy growing seasons. The ordination technique of principal component analysis was used to reduce the dimensionality of the germplasm data.
