, : The collection of Criollo cocoa germplasm in Belize. Cocoa Growers' Bulletin ( 49): 26-40

This paper describes the results of a collecting mission to survey Criollo cocoa (Theobroma cacao) germplasm in Belize over a six week period beginning on 14 March 1994. The mission was conducted in 2 phases, one prospecting the Cayo district of northwestern Belize and the other the Toledo district of southwestern Belize. Maps of the areas prospected and tables summarizing the main features of the collected material are given for each of the two phases.
