Tourism adaptation: the case of outdoor tourism products from Quebec sold by tour operators in France

This article describes how the region of Quebec, Canada, when faced with a growth in international tourism, particularly French tourism, has diversified and restructured its tourism products. Drawing on the findings of research, the article examines the relationship between the supply of tourism products in Quebec and French tourism demand, with a focus on recreational and outdoor products.
