Trends in demand and market opportunities for milk products in Central and Eastern Europe, Part 2

On the basis of data from 1985-93, estimates are made of trends in consumption of liquid milk, cheese, yoghurt and butter up to the year 2000 in Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and South eastern Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Albania). Possible opportunities for EU exports are examined.
