A study of the development of township enterprises and the protection of agriculture and resources in the environment

Industrial enterprises are generally detrimental to agriculture and natural resources. Pollution levels vary with the type of enterprise. Protection from pollution in different areas is discussed, but the consciousness of pollution is generally low and government input to pollution control is insufficient. Macroscopic moves are needed to assist in control and the smallest allowable levels of pollution need to be defined.
