A study on milling and bread making quality of wheat species

This study examined the milling quality of six varieties of wheat, namely Sonalika, Ajantha, Kailash, Khapli, HD-2189 and HD-4502, obtained from the Wheat Research Station, Marathwada Agricultural University, Parbhani, India.
