An analysis of the buyers and markets of a dairy cooperative

The article analyses consumer patterns in respect of a single dairy cooperative, on the basis that an adequate sales policy demands knowledge of consumers' needs. Consumer sentiment as well as channels of distribution and selling according to groups of consumers and areas of sale are also analysed.
