An approach to reformation, reorganization and management of enterprises in the agricultural machinery industry

The agricultural machinery industry in China is in need of reform as present products are not suitable for the developing market. The causes of these problems include rigid operating procedures and backward management. A number of improvements to the structure of the Chinese agricultural machinery industry are proposed, including cooperation, mergers and foreign investment.
