An empirical model for describing growth and nitrogen uptake of white cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata)

, : An empirical model for describing growth and nitrogen uptake of white cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata). Scientia Horticulturae 73(2/3): 75-88

Field experiments with white cabbage crops in Germany showed large variation in N uptake, dependent on different local climate conditions, cultivars and growing practices. Proper fertilizer recommendations should allow for these differences.
