Anatomical characteristics of the leaf epidermis of potato plants (Solanum tuberosum L.) under water deficit conditions

Anatomical characteristics of the leaf epidermis of potato plants (Solanum tuberosum L.) under water deficit conditions

Cultivos Tropicales 18(1): 31-37

Studies of leaves of potatoes Baraka and Desiree given adequate water or subjected to moderate or severe water stress showed that effects of water stress were generally greater in Desiree than Baraka. Trichome density was generally not affected by water stress.
