Association among yield attributes in upland rice

Information on yield components is derived from data on 9 yield-related traits in 18 divergent rice genotypes grown under direct-sown rainfed upland conditions at Jagdalpur during the wet seasons of 1991 and 1992. Grain yield was highest in Annada, Aditya, Tulasi, Rasi and Tellahamsa, which had moderate stature, moderate numbers of panicles m-2 and higher numbers of filled spikelets panicle-1.
