Serum samples from 19 adult dromedaries were examined for their concentrations of total proteins, albumin, globulins, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, chlorides, and direct and total bilirubins; the findings are tabulated. It was suggested that the high sodium and low chloride levels found may have been effects of the hot, humid climate.
