Using direct observations and interviews of different stakeholders, the paper examines the status of ecotourism industry in the Sundarbans, Bangladesh, under the multi-use management system. It explores the predicaments of ecotourism industry as it relates to resource management and policy statements. It also suggests some remedies that would help overcome constraints being faced by the ecotourism sector in the Sundarbans.
