Effect of restricted feeding from 4 to 20 weeks of age on duck performance before and during reproduction

Compared with feeding on an ad libitum basis, ducks given 10 or 20% smaller rations from 4 to 20 weeks of age increased laying rate, egg fertility, hatching from fertilized eggs and survival rate and this had a positive influence on feed utilization.
