Methodological research on residual chlorsulfuron of maize radicle length by soil bioassay

Acta Phytophylacica Sinica 25(2): 161-165
Methodological research on residual chlorsulfuron of maize radicle length by soil bioassay
A bioassay to detect chlorsulfuron residues in soil is described. Good results were obtained with maize Yedan no.4, the seeds of which were soaked for 12 h at 25 degrees C, and then treated with a single application of chlorsulfuron, followed by cultivation in darkness for 6 days.
