In a vineyard of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes on Kober 5BB rootstocks at Jagodina, Yugoslavia, the effects of applying 0, 50 or 100 kg N/ha on soil and plant N content were examined from 1991-95. Applying the highest N rate increased soil mineral N (NH4+ NO3) content significantly whereas the intermediate N rate did not.
