Roundup ReadyReg. cotton fruiting pattern response to over the top applications of Roundup UltraTM after the 4 leaf stage

Roundup ReadyReg. cotton fruiting pattern response to over the top applications of Roundup UltraTM after the 4 leaf stage

1998 Proceedings Beltwide Cotton Conferences San Diego California USA 5-9 January 1998 1: 848-849

Cotton fruiting patterns were evaluated after non-labelled applications of Roundup Ultra (glyphosate) were applied over the top of Roundup Ready cotton at the 10 and 14 node stage of growth. The nodes surrounding the non-labelled application node had lower fruit retention than either the labelled application or the standard plant residual treatment. Cotton fruiting was generally shifted up the plant when non-labelled applications were applied.
