Sequence analysis and comparison of the protective antigen encoding region of E2 gene of swine fever virus strain C from different sources

The major protective antigen encoding regions of the E2 gene of swine fever virus strain C from 3 veterinary biological product factories were amplified by RT-PCR, then cloned and sequenced by Sanger's method. Comparison and analysis of the nucleotide sequences and deduced amino acid sequences among the strains from different sources were performed by computer with the DNASIS software.
