Extraction of sulfonylurea herbicides (thermally labile and moderately polar compounds) from aqueous matrices using a dynamic SFE system and supercritical carbon dioxide was studied. The results showed the effect of varying typical SFE variable parameters such as co-solvent choice and composition, as well as pressure on the extraction efficiency.
