Of 62 apricot cultivars examined in Egypt for resistance to plum pox virus-M strain (Marcus), only Harlayne, Henderson, NJA2, Stark Early Orange, Goldrich, Orange red, Sunglo, Avilana, Lito and Pandora were found resistant.
