Systematic morphogenesis of the rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus in infected cell cultures and tissues

Systematic morphogenesis of the rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus in infected cell cultures and tissues

Chinese Journal of Veterinary Science 19(5): 451-455

An electron microscopic study of the morphogenesis of the rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV) in infected cell cultures and tissues showed that, at early stage of infection, electron-dense granular materials (15 nm) and the immature virions (25 nm) accumulated in the nucleus.
