Variation in milk TS in Black and White cows



Annales Universitatis Mariae Curie Skodowska Sectio EE Zootechnica 15: 1-6



Two studies were carried out using 4868 and 3227 milk samples respectively. Variability of mean TS in milk of black-and-white cows analysed during 100, 200 and 305 milking days ranged from 11.5 to 13.0%. Few cows showed results <11.0% or >13.2%.
