A case of cattle intoxication was reported in Iran. N. oleander poisoning was observed in native Holstein cattle and resulted in the death of two 18-year-old pregnant heifers and one 8-month-old bull within 24 h. A 3-month-old cow suffered cardiac arrythmia for 7 days. The clinical signs were inappetance, diarrhoea, depression and cardiac arrythmia.
