A study on evaluation of farmland in 148th Regiment of production and construction, Xinjiang

A case study was made of farmland price in the 148th Regiment of Xinjiang Production and Construction group, China, located in the alluvial-lacustrine plain of Hutubi River, Taxi River and Manas River in Junggar Basin on the northern side of the Tianshan Mountains. Its terrain is mainly level. There are four soil groups: grey desert soil, meadow soil, takyr and saline soil.
