A study on the superovulatory response and embryo recovery rate in Assam local goats

Seven cyclic Assam local goats were treated with exogenous hormone regime (750 i.u. PMSG : 5 mg PGF2 alpha alpha: 1500 i.u. HCG) for superovulation. The mean time of induction and duration of oestrus was 19.08 +or- 1.23 and 33.57 +or- 0.67 hours respectively.
