Supplementary foods like food mixtures (Multipurpose powders), Sweet Balls (Laddoos), Cookies (Biscuits), Sweet Buns (Round bread) were developed by incorporating oyster mushroom power (Pleurotus sajor-caju) in the basic ingredient. The ingredients, their proportions and procedures of foods were standardized and subjected to sensory evaluation for three consecutive days. The same study was further repeated to confirm the results.
