Three clones of tobacco White Burley transformed with the T-DNA of Agrobacterium rhizogenes Ri plasmid A4b cultivated in vitro on a solid agar medium neither showed pronounced morphological diversity nor significantly differed in chlorophyll (Chl) contents from control plants.
