Bioequivalence study of two long-acting formulations of oxytetracycline following intramuscular administration in the sheep

Bioequivalence study of two long-acting formulations of oxytetracycline following intramuscular administration in the sheep

Revue de Medecine Veterinaire 151(3): 213-216

ISSN/ISBN: 0035-1555

The aim of this study was to demonstrate the bioequivalence of two formulations based on oxytetracycline between a test formulation (TENALINEReg. LA Bovins - Porcins) and the reference oxytetracycline according to a framework required for the registration files. Both formulations were administered in a single intramuscular administration to the recommended dose of 20-mg oxytetracycline per kg of b.w. in sheep.
