Effects of HF fumigation and spraying protective agents on stress ethylene production in wheat

Chinese Journal of Applied and Environmental Biology 6(2): 117-120

Using open top fumigation cabinets, the effects of HF fumigation on membrane permeability and membrane lipid peroxidation were investigated, and the effects of HF fumigation and sprayed protective agents (Vc) before HF fumigation on stress ethylene production in wheat leaves were studied. The production of ethylene increased when wheat was exposed to HF gas and the increase in ethylene production was related to the HF concentration.
