Extracellular proteins EP3 and PE32 in Coffea canephora var. Robusta and Coffea arabica Catimor cell suspension cultures were studied. The embryogenic process was immunochemically characterized by polyclonal antibodies of both proteins. The behaviour of extracellular proteins proved the embryogenic character of the culture.
