High frequency plant regeneration from nodal explants of Paulownia elongata

High frequency of plant regeneration from P. elongata was obtained on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium and Woody Plant Medium (WPM), with appropriate supplements of growth regulators. Leaves, leaves with petioles, internodes and nodes excised from 3-month-old non-aseptically grown P. elongata were used as explants.
