Hong Kong as a travel destination: an analysis of Japanese tourists' satisfaction levels, and the likelihood of them recommending Hong Kong to others

This study examines the satisfaction levels of Japanese tourists toward Hong Kong as a travel destination in terms of 31 travel attributes including shopping, food, accommodation, entertainment, people, etc. A questionnaire was distributed to 630 Japanese holidaymakers passing through Hong Kong International Airport between 25-31 December 1997 and 2-8 February 1998 (522 usable responses received).
