Tabulated data from 2-year pot experiments show values for humus, Se, P, K contents and pH of the 2 soils used for growing winter and summer wheat, summer barley, summer rye and durum wheat during the first year, and of maize during the second year before and after the addition of Se to the multinutrient fertilizer. It was concluded that at 98 micro g Se + 1.2 g N/pot, Se uptake was ~11%, and 9% when only 48 micro g Se + 0.6 g N/pot were added.
