Influence of SjR12 and SjR47 fractional antigens upon formation of egg granuloma in liver tissues of mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum

Influence of SjR12 and SjR47 fractional antigens upon formation of egg granuloma in liver tissues of mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum

Chinese Journal of Zoonoses 14(2): 24-27

Schistosoma japonicum fractional proteins SjR12 (12 kDa, worm origin) and SjR47 (47 kDa, egg origin) which were separated and purified from red blood cells of rabbits infected with S. japonicum, were combined with Freund's complete adjuvant and used to immunize mice.
