Integrated impact of low temperatures and pollutants on tomato growth

Integrated impact of low temperatures and pollutants on tomato growth

Sodininkyste ir Darzininkyste 19(3(1)): 55-65

In a greenhouse trial at the Lithuanian Institute of Horticulture, tomato Svara seedlings were planted at densities ranging from 6 to 340 plants/m2. After 41 days, some of the planting boxes were moved to a phytotron for low temperature treatment (10 degrees C in the day and 7 degrees at night, achieved gradually over 3 days).
