Integrated management of Sclerotinia stem rot of Egyptian clover

Studies were conducted in Ludhiana, Indian Punjab, to identify cultural practices, chemical and biological treatments which could be integrated as an efficient disease management strategy for Sclerotinia trifoliorum on Egyptian clover (Trifolium alexandrinum). It emerged that intercropping with Gobhi sarson and taking a higher number of cuttings (5-6) resulted in a significant reduction in tiller infection and increase in seed yield.
