The effect of mutagenesis caused by 60Co on the type of resistance or tolerance that could be developed by the Musa AAB Dominico Harton with regard to black Sigatoka (M. musicola) or yellow Sigatoka (M. musicola) was evaluated. Tissue culture plants irradiated with 25 Gy were used as planting material.
