The root-knot (M. javanica), black root rot (Fusarium solani), dry root rot (Rhizoctonia bataticola (Macrophomina phaseolina)) and wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. ciceri are important pathogens of chickpea (Cicer arietinum). The effects of these root pathogens were studied, alone and in different combinations, on four chickpea genotypes (C 104, BG 212, JG 62, and WR 315) in a greenhouse.
