ISSN/ISBN: 1516-3598

Forty crossbred gilts (Hampshire, Belgium Landrace, Pietrain) with initial average weight of 30.1+or-1.25 kg and high genetic potential for lean meat deposition were used to evaluate different dietary lysine levels. A randomized block experimental design, with four treatments, five replicates and two animals per experimental unit, was used.
