Physiological expressions in Hancornia speciosa Gomes germplasm from the coastal region, Pernambuco, Brazil

A study was carried out to evaluate plant water relations and related characters in 4 Hancornia speciosa genotypes (M-UFRPE 1, M-UFRPE 2, M-UFRPE 3 and M-UFRPE 4) grown in the coastal region of Pernambuco, Brazil. Data on the following parameters were taken from fully expanded adult leaves either exposed to the sun or in shadow: leaf temperature (Tf), transpiration (E) and diffusive resistance (Rs).
