Polypeptide profile of Trypanosoma evansi isolates of camel and cattle origin

Polypeptide profile of Trypanosoma evansi isolates of camel and cattle origin

Journal of Veterinary Parasitology 13(1): 53-54

Crude antigens of camel and cattle isolates of Trypanosoma evansi were fractionated by SDS-PAGE. The cattle isolates revealed 11 protein bands with MWs ranging from 195 to 26 kDa; the camel isolates revealed 20 proteins ranging from 180 to 24 kDa.
