Production of a diagnostic monoclonal antibody by screening the urine of individuals infected with Schistosoma japonicum using electrophoresis, and primary application of the monoclonal antibody

Three kinds of electrophoresis were used to screen for diagnostic markers in the urine of individuals infected with Schistosoma japonicum. Monoclonal antibodies were produced using the diagnostic markers as antigen, and urine samples were tested by ELISA using one of the monoclonal antibodies. A band of glycoprotein with molecular weight 30 kDa was screened with PAGE.
