This study aimed to demonstrate the safety and tolerance of liposomal amphotericin B (L-amB) in a neutropenic patient who developed severe nephrotoxicity with conventional amphotericin (C-amB) and amphotericin B lipid complex (ABLC). Seven months after allogenic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) for chronic myelogenous leukaemia, a 15-year-old boy, from France, relapsed (biphenotypic acute leukaemia).
