ISSN/ISBN: 0567-7572

The effects of plant culture medium composition and strength on Glomus mosseae (BEG 12) spore germination were monitored. Aseptic spores were used to infect wild strawberry (Fragaria vesca), strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa), potato (Solanum tuberosum), onion (Allium cepa), tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) and mung bean (Vigna radiata) in autotrophic culture in vitro.
