Antifeedant effect of neem on bhendi pest Earias vittella (Lepidoptera : Noctuidae)

The neem tree, Azadirachta indica, is one of the most promising carries of antifeedant factors. In this study, the antifeedant effect of neem oil and neem cake extract in different concentrations were evaluated along with low dose of endosulfan on third instar larvae of bhendi pest Earias vittella. This study confirms the antifeedant effect of neem oil and neem cake extract on E. vittella. The test was conducted on laboratory reared E. vittella.
