Bioassay test of IGRs against Blattella germanica resistance strain and the effect on MFO

Low resistance to chlorfluazuron and flufenoxuron of Blattella germanica was shown by force contraction and O-demethylation methods. Neither insect growth regulators (IGRs) could activate the mixed function oxidase (MFO).
